Someone else must have made this charge on my card?As you might know credit card fraud is a federal offense! With a fine of $10,000 and up to 10 years of imprisonment under Title 18 U.S.C. Section 3056, Subsection (b).

When may I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel at any time by filling out the form on the left or by calling our billing support.
You will have access to the services you paid for until the current billing term has expired. So you can cancel the first day of your subscription if you desire and you will still access to the site for the full term of your subscription.

If your email is not in our database when you attempted to have our automated software resend you your login information, you may have used a different email address when you signed up.
To have us look you up manually, please contact us with as much of your information as possible such as your first and last name, and the first 4 and last 4 digits of the card that is being charged.

I entered an incorrect or bogus email address upon subscribing. Can you change it?
Yes, we can update your email address. Please contact us with your username, the incorrect email address entered and the correct email address you would like on your account.
I need to update/change my credit card or any billing details on file with you, how can I do it?
